该空间设计核心以"人本、服务、创新、发展"为起点，合理规划空间，表现空间；实现硅谷式办公。创新、简约、品味、现代是我们要突出的特性，舒适、人文、健康、人性化、节能环保是空间使用的中心思想。该项目地上13层，地下3层。打造5A级办公品质，AM认为设计要符合现代高科技互联网行业的特点，设计创意不能在10年内落后。
